BlackRock: The New Dining Experience at The Dodford Inn

BlackRock Grill at the Dodford The rocks are heated to 440°C, then placed in a specially designed platter. Your choice of fish, meat, vegetables or poultry is placed on the rock and brought to your table for you to cook to your taste. No oil is added, so you get the full flavour as the heat seals in all the natural juices – A unique, healthy and fun dining experience.

Warning PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE ROCK AS IT IS EXTREMELY HOT

To enjoy the BlackRock experience simply cut one or two bite sized portions from your meal and lay them on the rock to sear and cook to your liking. If you enjoy your steaks rare, please ask for a side plate.
